The Udaan India Foundation is a registered trust (Registration no. 868 dated 28th Feb 2009, New Delhi) under the Public trust act. It is registered u/s 12A of the Income Tax Act, 1961 and donations made to Udaan India Foundation are exempt u/s 80G of the Income Tax Act.

 

Udaan India Foundation is registered under the Foreign Contributions Regulation Act (FCRA Registration no. 231661505 dated 9th May 2014, New Delhi) for the receipt of foreign donations.
